Namaste!  Would you like to see India as The Beatles saw it?  I can't think of a better way to do this than through the eyes of Paul Saltzman, the man who was actually there with The Beatles in Rishikesh.  Paul's photos of that time are by far the
most impressive and intimate photos ever seen.

If you'd like to travel with Paul please go to http://www.bestway.com/itineraries/beatles_india.php and take a look the amazing itinerary put together by Paul and his partner in India.  Paul has secured an invitation for the touring group to be part of George Harrison's birthday celebrations with Ravi Shankar.  But why am I telling you all of this.....just go to the link and read about it for yourself.  A unique opportunity to be guided through India by Paul Saltzman, to share his memories and to make memories of your own......you know you want to do it :-)

In your enquiries I would really appreciate it if you would mention Liverpoolbeatlescene so we know if we are reaching the right people.
Enjoy the trip!

Liverpool's  Anglican Cathedral bells ring out for peace.
As part of the Futuresonic Festival this weekend, the bells of the Anglican Cathedral will ring out John Lennon's "Imagine".  This will happen 3 times on Saturday 16 May 2009 at noon, 12.30 p.m. and 1.00 p.m.  Yoko Ono sent a message of goodwill and thanked everyone for remembering John and his message of peace for the world.

LISTEN TO THE BELLS HERE - EXCUSE THE QUALITY OF THE SOUND BUT IT WAS A WINDY DAY! :-)

On Saturday 18 July 2009 I'm going to abseil down this building on the left, the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.  I am fundraising for the Stroke Association.  Please sponsor me by clicking on the logo below.

Thanks in advance.
