Imagine John Lennon's rose tinted glasses......
The Beatle Story at the Albert Dock, Liverpool is currently displaying the rose tinted glasses once owned by John and worn during the Imagine period.
The exhibition is definitely worth a visit but be prepared to experience some emotion. Being so close is, well, awesome...to think that John actually wore these glasses.
As you can see from the pictures below, the thick lenses show that John was indeed very myopic. The rims are solid gold. They also look incredibly heavy.
